The DP550 differential weigh and feed feature maximizes mailroom efficiency by calculating the necessary postage rate as the mail is removed from the integrated scale and applies that postage to the mail piece as it is fed through the system.
The DP550 also has an easy-to-use and easy-to-read display that clearly indicates if you’re low on postage or ink, and an operator definable postage lock out feature to prevent accidental application of too much postage. The DP550 can easily print postage for thick envelopes, flats, parcels and tubes using self-adhesive roll tape.
